License for solar roof tile models in the STEPdesign
Each roof tile manufacturer from concrete or clay can acquire a license for their own models as solar roof tiles in the STEPdesign. After receipt of a sample or a drawing of the desired model a feasibility study is done and an offer over the license is made quickly available.
Additionally a prototype of the new solar roof tile can be manufactured on request.
At present the time interval between first contact of the roof tile manufacturer and the first deliveries is about 3 months.
The licenser supports the new licensee with his marketing, training and the market introduction of the product.
Even if the roof tile manufacturer has no experience with Photovoltaic and with the selling of "electrical roof tiles", the addition of SRT to his product range is very simple and without any risk.
Market analysis shows the solar roof tiles belong to the product range of the roof tile manufacturer like e.g. ventilation tiles, antenna tiles and step tiles.
